Christmas Resources -Help for the Hooker

The Christmas season is here.  Let this time consists of family, love, and the celebration of the Saviors Birth!   I wanted to drop in a share a quick series for you to use as a holiday shopping series.  I still consider myself a beginner crafter over the next week I would like to share a list of resources that have helped me. Crochet Borders by Edie Eckman-learn to add fantastic edges to your crochet

Lets go Old school here…Readers Digest Complete Guide to needlework(I have 2 copies:).  This book maybe old but the techniques and skills have not changed.  If you see one at a Thrift Store Grab  it!

Complete book of Crochet Stitch Designs-leisure arts.  These are often called stitch dictionaries and and they are wonderful to have in your library.

Bargain: Loops and Thread from Michaels-I prefer this brand for my acrylic projects.  Its is soft and washes well.

Splurge: A gift card to your local yarn shop or Knitpicks has GREAT Prices too!
